This Rod works well on the AM Band
A 3.25 inch lenght of this Rod wound with approx. 67 turns of 175/46 litz wire is what we use to make a 240 Uh HI Q factor Coil.
This is the rod that we use to make our Hi Q ferrite 240 uh coils. When wound with approximately 67 turns of 175/46 Litz Wire just enough room is left on each end for a mounting clamp.
